The cuyana toiletry bag has been on my list for over a year! Have you heard of M.Gemi? It's a direct to consumer shoe company similar to Cuyana and Grana. I just purchased their stellato flats and the quality is awesome. Might've be up your alley as well.
Its so hard to find a classic bag like that without a bunch of frills. 50s/60s chic and modern at the same time.
